All shipments are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking information is sent to you by email so you can follow your delivery through to arrival.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lavirel.com.
Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped. Once shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you decide not to keep an item after shipping, you can initiate a return by following our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@lavirel.com and include:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
After verification, a replacement will be issued.
Delays
Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or courier-related disruptions.
