What is the return period?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a free replacement.

Are late return requests accepted?
Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period are not accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
